Dabur lal tail contest

                                    Dabur Lal Tail

I, My Mother and Grand mother

There is a story. My grandmother used to tell me. It’s a story of 100 year trust. It is a story how a mother sees her child growing day by day. And of course a story about the most trusted and oldest Ayurvedic product manufacturer company “DABUR”. As far I know for my grandmother Dabur and ayrvedic products are the same thing. So she always used to tell my mother not to use chemical products for me but use “Dabur”.  Only a mother can feel that satisfaction of using some safe and trusted product on her kid and just imagine the feel of happiness when a mother massage her kid’s soft body. Now let’s talk about “Dabur Lal tail” because this was the thing which connects me and my mother when I was just 1 or 2 year old. So we cannot ignore or avoid the contribution of this oil which helped to build such a beautiful and strong bond between me and my mother. My grandmother was like an instructor who had a long, good experience with this oil and always told everybody including my mother to use “Dabur Lal tail”. And of course she was my father’s mother and she was absolutely correct about this oil. I would like to tell few points about “Dabur Lal tail”. 1st is it is a fully aurvedic product so totally harmless. It does not affect or show any side effect on skin and a healthy massage with this oil strengthens the muscles. This is a much known product in my family and almost everybody using this oil for their child. So I just searched in google and came to know about its component. I would like to mention here
Til Tail (Sesame Oil) - helps in absorption
Ratanjyot
Shankhpushpi - protects against skin infection, general weakness
Camphor - stimulates blood circulation
Urad - nourishes muscles
Now let’s start my story. I am sure everybody knows Amitabh Bachhan. By birth I had some resemblance to him. He as well as I was suffering from a myasthenia Gravis. This is the muscle disorder which causes weakness of the muscles. It is due to some unknown change in genes. So initially nobody even doctors came to know about my disease. But within a few months this disease started showing its effect on me. Sometimes I used to get breathing attacks due to weakness in my breathing muscles. Sometimes I was unable to open my eyes due to weak eyelid muscles. My grandmother noticed when she saw that my one eye was open other was closed. This disease is very unique that it 1st affects eyelid muscles. I was just 6-7 month old at that time. My family immediately ran to the hospital. I went though few blood tests and diagnosed as myasthenia Gravis. My mother cried a lot but my grandmother was very firm and confident. Doctors told that as such there is no curative treatment but I can improve with physiotherapy, massage, yoga etc. And that was 1st day when this oil was used for my massage with strong and forceful suggestion of my grandmother. My grandmother never lost hope. My mother and grandmother continuously did massage for 1 year with “ Dabur Lal tail”. Slowly- slowly I improved infect I improved a lot. And the day came what for my entire family was dreaming. I walked 1st time. It was such a lovely, strong, intense, emotional moment for my mother and grandmother that everybody had tears in their eyes. This was the story my grandmother used to say to me whenever I sit with her and spend time.  Now I am totally cured and that credit goes to my mother, grandmother and of course “Dabur Lal tail”.

immune india

An autobiography of  fighter cell

I am a cell. My name is WBC means white blood corpuscle. I fight against disease, bacteria and virus. I save my land (body) at any cost. I stand in front of all enemies of body without thinking that I may die in this battle. I work hard I run from here to there in blood from head to toe. All my life I did struggle to keep this body disease free. My other friends like antibodies, antiviral cells and antibacterial cells are always with me to cope with these notorious bacteria and viruses. We work in a group and with effective strategy just like hunters kill their prey with a plan. We are the part of immunity. We are an immunity of the body and I promise that I will fight till the last breath.
That was a hot day. I could feel the silence before the storm. I could see my friends were waiting for some predictable disaster. Suddenly thousands of polio virus started coming in through elementary system. We were ready, but these viruses were very strong. They attacked on body with huge numbers. We fought alone. We did not have the extra support of polio vaccine. They were killing us brutally. We were dying here and there. Within few hours I could see dead bodies of my friends buried in the circulation. I was fighting bravely but in the absence of a vaccine it was almost impossible to win. I lived with self-respect and died with honor.
That is a small autobiography of Wbc. A fighter cell that saves the body from all disease. Today this killer cell lost the battle but we could have saved the cell if we had followed some universal instructions. Let’s see how we can make a healthy and immune India

Immunisation – vaccination

Each and every person in India should immunise their children. There is a time schedule of vaccine which should be strictly followed. The vaccine is the most important tool to make an Immune India. Nowadays science has developed vaccines against almost all severe disease like TB, Hepatitis B, diphtheria and other disease.

Nutrition

Yes, a rich nutritive food is very necessary to make the body healthy and disease free. Of course I can add Dabur Chaywanprash which provides 3 times more immunity that helps fight virus, flu and infections. So every Indian should be provided a healthy food to make entire India immune.

Yoga/ Sports/Exercise

Yoga is an ancient technique to keep the body strong and healthy. 10 min yoga everyday increases circulation in the body and makes the heart and mind strong. Yoga gives an internal strength to fight with bed ridden disease. Sports also work same as Yoga and help to make Immune India.

Hand wash

You might shock but unhygienic and unwashed hand has been proven as one of the most common cause death in children. It causes diarrhea and pneumonia which are the most fatal diseases for children in India. So proper hand wash should be kept in mind before having meal to make Immune India.

No to Tobacco and alcohol

Well I don’t think any explanation is required to prove that these addictions not only harmful for health but it destroy families and financial structure also. Let’s say No to all, these things to make entire India immune.

 Education

Finally education is the key to any troublesome lock. Our government and NGO sector should work enthusiastically and vigorously to educate and give proper information about all important aspects to achieve immunity. Let’s educate every Indian to make entire nation disease free.

It is next to impossible to include all the points in such a small article. But I want to conclude this with a beautiful Hindi poem.

Vaccine for Acne

Many of the current therapies focus on reducing the number of P. acnes organisms. and most recent developments have been in the use of combination therapies. Benzoyl peroxide and the retinoids have been added to topical antibiotics with the hope that the frequency of resistance will decrease, thereby improving the therapeutic outcome. On the other hand, only a few therapies focus primarily on reducing inflammation. Several previous studies have demonstrated that both cellular and humoral immunity against P. acnes are present in patients, and recent studies have provided a better understanding of the innate immune response produced by hosts in response to P. acnes. Upon activation, host innate cells elaborate a protective antimicrobial response to P. acnes by inducing the production of antimicrobial peptides such as human β-defensin 2. generated antibodies using inactivated P. acnes, postulating that they might provide protective immunity. intranasal immunization of mice with this inactivated vaccine generated in vivo protective immunity against P. acnes challenge. Specifically, the antibodies elicited by inactivated P. acnes attenuated IL-8 production in human sebocytes; however, there was no effect on P. acnes growth. The clinical improvement observed in this P. acnes inflammatory murine model suggests that for acne treatment, antibodies that primarily exhibit anti-inflammatory properties might be sufficient for clinical improvement but without an antimicrobial effect. The inactivated P. acnes vaccine used in this study targeted the whole bacterium, most likely without specificity. Therefore, developing vaccines against specific P. acnes antigens might be even more useful. study offer an important and interesting concept—that focusing on attenuating the inflammatory component of the disease could be therapeutically beneficial. Because the induction of cytokines, chemokines, and metalloproteinases by P. acnes occurs via a Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2)-dependent pathway, the development of vaccines or other immune therapies that target TLR2 and other TLRs may provide other alternatives to conventional therapy.
